Shipping Policy
All shipments, are packaged with a layer of bubble wrap to ensure that your books reach you in the same condition they leave here. All books will then either be Couriered within the Courier Service Bags, in the Carton boxes that the Courier Service provide, or in a sturdy Carton box that is both durable and stable.
International Shipping
For international orders, we use the South African-based TUNL Shipping Platform, which is designed specifically for e-commerce exporters.
TUNL helps make international shipping significantly more affordable by offering discounted FedEx and UPS rates. In our experience, the platform has proven to be reliable, practical, and cost-efficient for sending parcels from South Africa to destinations around the world.
Requesting a Quotation
Please request an international shipping quotation by e-mail at navwyk@timeless-collectible-books.com before completing your purchase. Your selected book(s) will be reserved until the final quotation has been prepared and sent to you by e-mail.
Please include the following information in your quotation request:
· Details of the book(s) you wish to purchase
· Your full physical delivery address
· Your personal contact details
Arranging Your Own Courier
If you prefer to arrange and pay directly for international shipping through your own courier service, please inform us by e-mail and provide all relevant courier details.
Domestic Shipping:
POSTNET
Shipping of your order done via Postnet (counter-to counter),
R110.00 for book/s up to 5kg.
Thereafter an additional R20.00 per kg (if unsure about the final weight, rather request a quotation by e-mail - navwyk@timeless-collectible-books.com, if you purchased several large books)
PUDO
You need to provide us with your preferred Pudo locker. Click here to find it.

– You have only 36 hours to collect your parcel from the locker
Cost: We charge a flat rate for locker to locker of R80.00, which will cover most parcel sizes up to a 20kg maximum weight.
The Process:
- Find your most convenient locker with the link above
- We send the parcel from our end
- You can track the parcel’s progress on the Pudo website
- Once the parcel arrives Pudo sends you a collection PIN by Whatsapp and email.
- Go to the lockers within the specified time (usually 36 hours), enter your PIN and the correct locker will open. Retrieve your parcel.
THE COURIER GUY
+ Convenient: fast delivery to your door
– More expensive than pickup point options
If you prefer door-to-door delivery, we can use The Courier Guy at:
R140.00 for a parcel up to 5kg,
R190.00 for 5-15kg.
KINDLY NOTE:
For larger parcels and deliveries to farms/ small holdings and remote places, we will have to obtain a quotation from Courier Guy which will be communicated with you. We will need your physical address, phone number and day and time of day (preferably in a frame of 5-8 hours) that will be best for the delivery.
