Maj Genl J.L. Moulton--It's the commanding officers diary and memories from when HIS father and his comrades became Commandos, and awarded the green beret in 1944 until it was disbanded in 1946. It tells of their training and two major amphibious landings, D Day in June 44 and the landings on the Dutch island of Walcheren in Nov 44, and their chase of the Germans all the way to Germany.
